Class Cancellation Policy
For one-to-one classes (including Online classes): If you cannot attend your class, please inform us at least one day beforehand. In this case, we will be able to reschedule the class for you. Otherwise, the class will be deducted from your bundle.
For long-term residents small group courses (two-to-one, three-to-one): We cannot reschedule any group classes unless the entire group decides to cancel. Same cancellation policy as above.
For JCA and MSA daily group courses: We cannot reschedule or refund individual lessons within the MSA/JCA daily courses.
Everyone: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a class, the teacher will be permitted to cancel the class and you will not be refunded.
Our schools are closed on certain public holidays. Students should check our course calendar online in order to plan accordingly.
